Everyone’s allowed one cheat day, right? :P
The first picture is me in 2006 weighing 273lbs. I’ve had lots of ups and downs with my weight since then and today I weigh 224lbs. The weight I’ve lost so far as been following the Slimming World diet, It’s the best and most sustainable eating plan I’ve ever come across. Lots left to go but happy to be where I am and looking forward to getting fitter and healthier.
